The most recent Cosmos Ledger App requires a protocol update.
The update is not supported by Passage3D cosmos-sdk v0.45.16.
This patch backports the new Cosmos Ledger App protocol to cosmos-sdk v0.45.16.
Re-enabling hardware wallet signing is more secure than reverting to a less secure software wallet.
